If your interested in stunning hikes with a local twist, then look no further.
With this tour, you will follow a local shepherd through the sometimes daily routine and learn how the locals have, for decades, looked after the sheep, while hiking one of the highest mountains of the Faroe Islands at 801m, Svartbakstindur.
You will start the day in Ljósá, where the hike starts and ends. After the hike, you will be provided a lovely meal at the local and cosy Rose´s Café and Restaurant.
The hikes takes around 6 hours to complete, where as the full tour is just under 8 hours.
